The client had a backlog of a couple of years' worth of unfiled papers to deal with. The way they'd been handling paper just wasn't working for them. As she spent a day going through all the piles of filing with them, Judy designed a system customized to fit their needs.
Simple, broken down into 5 basic sections, the system uses both colored hanging files (pendaflex) and colored folders to designate those sections, and fits in the already existing cabinet. Labels on the drawer front note which sections are in that drawer. At Judy's suggestion, the clients moved the cabinet sideways into the unused closet -- freeing up floor space while providing easy access to the drawers.
